1. Admission and Enrollment

1. Eligibility: Admission to technical programs (such as DCA, ADCA, PGDCA, BCA, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, and other short-term courses) is subject to meeting course prerequisites and seat availability.
2. Accuracy of Information: Students must provide accurate personal, contact, and educational details during registration. Any false information may lead to cancellation of enrollment.
3. Batch Allocation: Batch timings and practical lab schedules are assigned by the administration and must be strictly followed.

2. Fee Structure and Payment Terms

1. Due Dates: Course fees, including monthly installments, must be cleared on or before the due date specified at the time of admission.
2. Non-Refundable Policy: All fees paid (registration fees, tuition fees, exam fees, and certificate charges) are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Late Payments: Failure to clear outstanding dues on time may result in temporary suspension from practical lab classes, exam access, or delay in certificate issuance.

3. Computer Lab Rules & Hardware Usage

1. Equipment Care: Students must handle institute computers, monitors, UPS systems, keyboards, mice, and networking hardware with extreme care.
2. Liability for Damages: Any intentional damage or negligence resulting in hardware/software damage will be charged directly to the student responsible.
3. Prohibited Software: Installing unauthorized external software, modifying system configurations, downloading illegal content, or inserting unverified USB drives into lab computers without instructor permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Attendance and Discipline

1. Minimum Attendance: Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in both theory and practical classes to qualify for final examinations.
2. Leaves: Long absences must be communicated in writing to the administrative office with valid reasons. Unexcused absence exceeding 15 consecutive days may result in registration cancellation.
3. Code of Conduct: Misbehavior, harassment, destruction of property, or disruptive conduct on institute premises will lead to immediate disciplinary action, including expulsion without any fee refund.

5. Examinations and Certification

1. Eligibility for Certificates: Course completion certificates and marksheets are awarded only after:
2. Passing mandatory theoretical and practical examinations.
3. Submitting required lab assignments and projects.
4. Clearing all pending fee balances.
5. Re-examination: Requests for re-examination or re-issuance of lost original certificates are subject to administrative approval and applicable processing fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

1. All instructional materials, lab worksheets, notes, software demos, logos, and digital content provided by INFO COMPUTER SHIKSHA are the intellectual property of the institute.
2. Content from https://infocomputershiksha.in or official course handouts may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or redistributed without written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

INFO COMPUTER SHIKSHA is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on institute premises. Students are advised to take care of their personal items, laptops, and mobile devices.

8. Amendments to Terms
