Refund Policy

1. General Fee Non-Refundability

1. All course fees, registration charges, admission fees, exam fees, and monthly installments paid to INFO COMPUTER SHIKSHA are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Once a student registers or enrolls in a course (such as DCA, ADCA, PGDCA, BCA, Digital Marketing, or AI courses), fees will not be refunded under any personal, medical, or scheduling circumstances.

2. Duplicate or Excess Payments

1. In the event of an online payment error where a student is charged multiple times for a single transaction (duplicate debit), the excess amount will be refunded upon verification.
2. Students must notify the institute administration with payment receipts and transaction IDs within 7 working days of the transaction.
3. Approved duplicate payment refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.

3. Course Cancellation by Institute

1. If INFO COMPUTER SHIKSHA cancels a scheduled course or batch prior to start without providing an alternative schedule or batch option, students will be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for that specific course.

4. Batch Changes and Adjustments

1. Course fees cannot be transferred to another student or relative.
2. Requests for batch timing changes or shifting to an upcoming batch must be submitted to the institute office in writing. Approval is subject to seat availability and management discretion.
